The BMW BERLIN-MARATHON is one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors and a sought-after, premium running event! Dream Travel is proud to bring you guaranteed entries into this fantastic event!
This prestigious event takes place on Sunday, September 27th, 2026 with 55,000 runners from around the world! Run your PB on this incredibly flat, fast marathon in the beautiful city of Berlin!
2026 marks our 23nd year providing guaranteed entries and escorting runners and spectators to races of all distances around the world! Run with a company that you know you can trust!

Anyone who will be 18 or older on race day (September 27, 2026) and is a resident of Canada may purchase one of our guaranteed entry packages.
If you are not Canadian you must obtain permission from us before registering.

*2 Runners Sharing – A package for a couple or two friends, both of whom are running with entries from Dream Travel and sharing one room. Price is per person.
*1 Runner/1 Non Runner – A package for either someone traveling on their own and wants their own room, or, one runner and one additional person in the room who either is not running or already has an entry via the lottery or time qualification. Price is the total for both people. If you want more than 2 people in your room you may need to upgrade to a larger one. Contact us for details and rates.

We highly recommend that you land in Berlin no later than Thursday as you’ll want to get over jetlag so that you have a great race weekend! As well, you’ll want to consider possible flight delays. If you’re not tired, head to the expo and grab your bib early to avoid the long line ups on Friday and Saturday. This night is not included in the 3 night main package, but you may add it on for an additional cost.
Friday Sep 25
Main group check in date. Dream Travel will have a short, easy group run Friday morning along the river. Friday afternoon you’ll want to pick up your bib from the expo if you haven’t already.
Saturday Sep 26
Dream Travel will have a meet and greet. Details to follow.
Get those feet up and relax.
Sunday Sep 27
Race Day!
Celebrate your achievement with the Dream Travel team Sunday night. Details to follow.
Monday Sep 28
Time to stretch those legs, do some sightseeing and show that medal off with pride! Check out day unless you added more nights.
As these are guaranteed entries (versus lottery, Wanda Age Group, etc), the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON will not refund, defer or allow for a cancellation under any circumstance. That said, our policy needs to be as such:
-There is no deferral option, however, you may cancel your package for a credit, but only if we are able to resell your entry package and only if it’s prior to registration closing (August 19, 2026).
Why We Charge Fees
We must pre-purchase a large number of guaranteed, non-refundable, non-deferable entries from the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2026 a full year in advance and when someone commits to an entry and then cancels, we then have to try and resell the entry, pay the marathon a name change fee, cancel the hotel room (if possible) and potentially pay them a fee, re-advertise, re-register someone else, pay staff to handle all of that, and then there are the sizeable bank fees. Purchasing applicable insurance and cancelling for an insurable reason will prevent you from losing your deposit and payments and will cover these fees as well. Therefore, we charge a fee when cancelling as it costs us substantially.

If you cancel and we can resell your package, the following fees will apply:
15% of what you have paid if cancelling 120 days or more prior to registration closing
25% of what you have paid if cancelling between 14 and 119 days prior to registration closing
50% of what you have paid if cancelling 13 days or les prior to registration closing
100% of what you have paid if cancelling after registration has closed or at any time if we are unable to resell your package.
The difference between what you paid and the fee listed above will be held as a credit for you for 24 months from the time you made your last payment for this particular package. Credits may only be used for trips/packages listed on our website.

With paid insurance you will be able to cancel for insurable reasons as well as running injuries (doctors letter required) while training! Note that your credit card most-likely does not have nearly enough coverage! OR get CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage with certain policies from us when you purchase your coverage within 72 hours of placing your initial deposit!

What are the minimum three nights we have to stay?
The three included nights are Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (Sep 25, 26 and 27).
Is my race entry guaranteed?
Yes, we are an authorized tour partner of this race and only sell guaranteed entries.Are these prices in CAD?

Normally this is not an issue, but depending on how much additional time you need, you may need to run on sidewalks. Runners who take longer than the official time are not guaranteed a race medal, but usually receive one.Do I have to pick up my race bib myself, or can someone do that for me?
Runners must pick up their own bib and no one, including family members or Dream Travel staff members, are permitted to pick up your bib on your behalf. That said, it is highly recommended that you fly in earlier rather than later in case of flight delays or cancellations.Can I stay at a different hotel?
We have a contract with our hotel meaning that we can only permit runners to stay at the authorized hotel listed above.Can I collect hotel loyalty points?
Hotels do not offer loyalty points for group bookings, however, you can still ask the front desk to add your loyalty number at check in and the hotel will give you points/credit for all incidental charges.How do I get to the start line and back to the hotel after the marathon?
We purposely chose the hotel that we did as it’s walking distance to both the Start and the Finish areas.Do you have triple or quad rates?
Most-likely yes but will ultimately depend on the hotel’s availability and room types. Please contact us for rates.I need to cancel; can you help me?
Most likely yes, but this really depends on when you cancel and whether or not you purchased the correct insurance. If you purchased insurance and are cancelling for an included reason, or you purchased the CFAR insurance, then you can cancel at any time but you must let us know as soon as you need to cancel. If you did not purchase insurance, then it’ll depend on when you cancel and if we can resell your package.
